This is the full shelf: every crossword on the site, holiday and subject puzzles alongside the numbered Easy Crossword series. Each one prints as a two-page PDF. Page one is the grid with its clues, page two is the answer key, so you can hand out the first sheet and keep the second at the front desk or in a folder.
The PDFs fit both US Letter and A4 paper, so the same file works wherever you print it. Print one page, both pages, or a stack of page ones for a group. If someone in the group needs bigger squares, every puzzle also has a large-print PDF with larger type and one puzzle per page.
Before you print, pick the clue set. Easy, Medium and Hard all sit on the same grid, and whichever one you choose is the one that prints. That makes it simple to run one puzzle across a mixed table: a second grader and a grandparent can fill in the same answers from different clues.

For a group, print the answer key once and the puzzle page as many times as you need, rather than printing the whole PDF for each person. Choose the clue set first, since the printout follows the toggle on the page. For a classroom or a care-home table, a pencil and a clipboard make the sheet easier to fill in away from a desk.
Match the puzzle to the week: a holiday grid the few days before the date, a subject puzzle at the end of a unit, a numbered Easy Crossword for a quiet morning. Keep a folder of spare page ones for waiting rooms, rainy recess or the last ten minutes of a lesson.
